The Cellar

The wines are aged in the cellars of the area, a basement of 500m ² with a total capacity of approximately 2 770 hl, including 11 concrete tanks with a capacity of 140hl to 350hl; 18 tanks 10hl fiber capacity to 110hl; cellar completely redone recently. 

 

 

 

 

 

Winemaking

The harvest is manual or mechanical, the choice is made according to the grape variety, age, destination.

Vinification takes place plot by plot, by grape variety, and assemblies are provided by a stated desire to provide the best and suggest wines that will surprise more than an amateur.
